Island Wine Store allows connoisseurs to explore and discover new wines from Portugal and Spain online. When their team approached FLUSS, they were deeply unhappy with their CMS and looking for a way to simplify their operations.

After a brief analysis and consultation call, the client decided on Prestashop as their new CMS. We then set out to move their e-commerce as smoothly and quickly as possible while maintaining their visually appealing UI.

Besides the transfer, we installed GA 4, Google tag manager, and Hotjar and briefed Island wine on the tools.
